                                     "LETS TALK ABOUT IT"
****************************************************************************************************************

So we are here with Founder and CEO of Hype Jeans Clothing, Talking about how he entered the Fashion world and also his new 2011 Spring Collection. As well as all the other Ventures he will be getting into.

Q. Tell us a little about yourself
A. My name is Jean Maxine baptize founder and CEO of Hype Jeans Clothing Line. I’m a cool & serene person. I have been labeled as business oriented, a real negotiator. As well as trust worthy, and a all around open minded person.

Q.   What inspired you to get into fashion design?
A. I was interested from when I was younger from the styles back then. From what’s trending. I remember in the 90’s baggy pants were in. And then now the more fitted look. I always wanted to put my finger in. To put my saying in what was hot. Also I was an artist before; I didn’t want to see my stuff on walls I wanted to see it on fabric. What makes turning a fabric into an outfit, just the interest in it as a whole.

Q. How long have you been designing?
A. I been designing since I was 11 years old, But I took it more serious when I was going into high school. All my friends told me I should design and go into fashion.

Q. If you had to do something else what would it be?
A. It probably would be go into the music business. My family is into the music business. My God mother is into the music industry. So that’s where I would have been headed if it was into Fashion.

Q. Which designers have been important references for your designs?
A. Ummm, I would say Coogi, Members only, and Rockawear; these are designers that I actually interned for. They were pioneers that have paved the way. Coogie has been around for awhile. And Members only was around for awhile for along time as well. Members only aren’t really into branding they are more casual wear. Check out Michael Jackson jackets. I actually like the branding of Coogi, the color theme they have.

Q.  Where do you see Hype Jeans in the next five years?
A. In the next five years, I would say globally. I already have certain major accounts here in the states and as far as France. I can see us going further into the European states. And as far as the states goes I want to see us in Cali, Virginia and all across America.

Q.  If you had the opportunity to design for one person, who would it be??
A. I would have to say Coogi, I like there former idea of fashion. Have you ever seen something in the store and you would be like that’s hot, but only if I could take this off. That’s how I would design for Coogi.

Q. What can you say to any aspiring designers?? Any advice that you may have for them?
A. Advice to them would be thinking outside of the box, if you really want this grind like there is no tomorrow. If you think it’s going to fall into your lap it’s not. You have to make people want your product. It’s a lot of elements that are into the fashion market. It’s not just about the fashion it’s also about the business side.

Q. How can you get Hype Jeans Clothing?
A. You can either go to www.hypejeans.com/ malluu.com/ moles sneaker spot they are located in several areas such as queens, Bronx, and down town Brooklyn. You can also find us in France.
